Abstract

It is my pleasure to present to our esteemed readers and researchers this issue (Volume 2, Issue 1) of Al-Quds Journal for Academic Research- Humanities and Social Sciences. This issue is published at a time when political and humanitarian challenges are intensifying, and the pace of crises, wars, and states of emergency are accelerating, casting their shadows over societies and reshaping the questions and priorities of knowledge production and scientific research. In this context, we remember with reverence the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in defense of their land and dignity. Their sacrifices remain alive in our collective memory, just as Palestine remains present as a humane and intellectual cause that transcends the boundaries of time and place.

I begin my statement by expressing my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Professor Imad Abu Kishek, the President of A-Quds University; Professor Hanna Abd Al-Nour the former President of the University, and Professor Elham Kateeb, Dean of Scientific Research, in recognition of their continuous support for the academic and research mission. I would also like to extend my thanks to all those who contributed to the production of this issue, in particular the advisory board, the editorial board, the reviewers, the researchers, and everyone who contributed technically to its publication. A special mention goes to Architect Sandy Jaafreh, Mr. Ahmad Hadidoun and Mr. Hasan Abu latifeh “ their dedicated efforts have been fundamental in maintaining the journal’s high academic standards.
