Jurisprudence has tended to search for modern, fast and more effective means to use these same techniques to resolve the disputes that may arise in electronic transactions and contracts. This, without the physical presence of the parties in dispute and away from the normal and slower litigation procedures of the state. Subsequently this leads to laxity in resolving the disputes arising in international trade contracts the means of which include mediation and electronic negotiations.
